Sunprints and Skies with Setacolor Paints
two-day workshop
Sunprinting with Setacolor paint holds a special kind of magic. A blend of science and serendipity causes delightful images to appear on cloth, sometimes in surprising ways.
Embrace the flow in this hands-on workshop as you learn what these paints can do, how to use them, and why they work the way they do. As we mix, paint, and print, you'll learn practical ways to manage the process on your own - no special studio needed.
As your prints dry, we'll lean into the beauty of painting "sky" fabrics for your landscape or other creative projects. Ideas for using your special prints and fabrics will also be explored, from design to stitch. Inspiration will abound!
